Watever — Beacon Street

Beacon Street is a ground-up commercial building designed for a food-and-beverage operator, organized as two symmetrical pavilions flanking a shared courtyard drop-off.

The brief called for a building that reads as one composition from the access road while giving each half its own identity, rooftop deck, and servicing. Full architectural and interior documentation — site development plan, floor plans, elevations, and interior fit-out — was carried from concept through construction-ready drawings.
